Emptying Your Dekor Pail To empty your Dekor Diaper Pail, open the service door and pull out the continuous refill liner just far enough to remove the contents. Use the child-safe cutter to cut the liner, tie a new knot, and you're done!
Installing a New Dekor Refill Open the top frame, slide a new Dekor Refill over the empty Cartridge, remove the paper band, pull 18" of the outer layer up and through the Cartridge, then put the Cartridge back and close the top.
